Add to your home screen for the full app experience — works offline, just like a native app.
Important for Offline Use
Once installed, open the app and sign in at least once a week before heading into the field. This ensures your credentials sync and stay available offline. Planning a trip? Open the app the day before to make sure everything is loaded.
Android (Chrome)

Open Chrome and go to app.hunterpassport.com

Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right

Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
Chrome may show a banner at the bottom prompting you to install — you can tap that too.

Done! Hunter Passport is now on your home screen
Open it, sign in, and add your licenses and tags. They'll be available offline.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
Must use Safari. The "Add to Home Screen" option only appears in Safari, not Chrome or other browsers.

It's the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
You may need to scroll down in the share menu to find it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my credentials work without internet?
Yes! Once you've signed in and synced your licenses and tags, they're stored on your device. Open the app before your trip to ensure everything is loaded, then use it offline in the field.
How often do I need to open the app?
We recommend opening the app at least once a week if you're on iOS. This keeps your data fresh and ensures Safari doesn't clear your stored credentials. Android users don't have this limitation.
What's a PWA?
A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a website that works like a native app. It installs to your home screen, works offline, and runs in its own window — no app store download required.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your credential data is stored locally on your device and encrypted. When you sign in, it syncs to our secure cloud servers so you can access it on other devices.
